Tripcator is not for any personal or non-commercial use. The terms we, we, our, and 'Website' refer to Tripcator. You or your hereby refers to you - the user of Tripcator.

You can use Tripcator as a user after you accept the terms, conditions, and notices (collectively known as the 'Terms') that are mentioned without any kind of changes. The terms mentioned here are applicable to the services that you purchase on Tripcator and the details of your responsibilities as a user are enlisted here and further limits our and third-party suppliers' liability. The terms and conditions that are written include limitations to the airlines, rental car providers, hotels or other suppliers providing services through Tripcator (called third-party providers or 'Travel Service Providers'). Hence, we expect you to go through the Terms & Conditions. We advise you must go through the Privacy Policy, stating our use of the information provided to us by you, and how it is incorporated. When you use our Website, make a booking, purchase a service, or contact our agents, you agree automatically agree that the terms mentioned here are applicable to you. In case you are do not agree to our Terms, you should not use our website or make any Bookings with Tripcator.

TripCator reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement by posting new Terms without any prior notice. We recommend to you that should review this webpage on your visit to Tripcator or before reserving service with us. The new Terms will be applicable from and after the date of posting.

TripCator is operational and creates bookings for the residents or customers who live in the United Kingdom. The Terms mentioned here are only applicable to the users who book from the aforementioned regions. We can find out your location from your IP and if you are anywhere close these regions, these terms apply to you.

WHEN YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS, YOU ARE ALSO AGREEING TO MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION AS MENTIONED BELOW.

USE OF OUR WEBSITE

You are requested to review the conditions of your use of Tripcator, call centre agents, and services provided by us (hereby mentioned as 'Services'), and you guarantee that:

You are at least 18 years (or above);

You have the permit to get involved in a legally binding contract with Tripcator;

You are bound to use Tripcator according to the terms of this Agreement;

You will use Tripcator's Services to make authentic Bookings for you or for a person on whose behalf you are acting legally with their consent;

You must make sure that if you act on someone's behalf on Tripcator then he/ she knows about all the Terms & Conditions and all the rules that apply to the Bookings made for them.

Information that you provide to us for the booking of Services is accurate and complete.

Tripcator has the right to deny your access to our services any time and for a reason, we consider valid, including a violation of this Agreement.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

According to our terms, you hereby agree that Tripcator is allowed to resolve a dispute or an issue which arises or the claims that arise related to our services or bookings. Our customer service agents will reach out to you for the dispute that is caused because of any wring representation or any discrepancies in our Privacy Policy. To escalate any such issues, you must reach out to our team on 0204-529-2302 or write an email to us on info@tripcator.co.uk. If the customer service team does not respond to your queries or is unable to find a resolution within 60-days of the complaint, you can seek redressal via arbitration adhering to the below-mentioned conditions:

GOVERNING LAW; SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION

We, at Tripcator, adhere to the governing laws of the United Kingdom and so do the third-party service providers.

Please Note: We are eligible to fight any Claims asserted by you at the small claims court. In such a case, there is no judge or a court that reviews a particular agreement but as a user of Tripcator, you can be the arbiter who gives an individual same relief that a court might provide but at the same time enforce these terms. You may choose to conduct the arbitration over the telephone or be physically present at a mutually agreed upon location.

The case to resolve your Claims will be conducted individually for one customer and not under a consolidated suit or a class action. Under any special circumstances, if for any reason a Claim moves to a court and not to arbitration, we waive off your right to a jury trial.

The Claims brought to us by you will be resolved by Resolution of Disputes. Any Claims which is brought to us that does not follow the Resolution of Disputes section are to be considered void.

TRAVEL INFORMATION - GENERAL

We give you the complete details of your travel plans, itinerary, and applicable Terms on your bookings (not including the conditions mentioned here). Some communications also mention the details about your destination, affordable tour packages, airfares, flight schedule, and travel insurance.

The information that our third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators and other providers) is also mentioned in the same communication sent by us. Tripcator ensures that we share accurate and up-to-date information to our customers. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of this information and cannot be held responsible for any damages caused because of the same. You must know that the information displayed on our website is subject to changes without any prior notice. Also, services offered by us on our website are subject to availability.

All Tripcator customers must understand that the standard documents to travel are required by us to process your bookings which includes passport, visa, and health documents. We, as an OTA can assist and direct you via our website or our customer support agents may share the same details. But the final responsibility remains on you as the customer to carry these documents during your travel.

If you make an airline booking on Tripcator, you must ensure that you check the terms and conditions of the carrier on their website and also agree that you will abide by their terms and conditions. The airfare booked by you is only guaranteed post making the transaction and the airline carrier has issued the tickets to us. There are chances that the supplier may change their prices and not give us/ you any intimations. Under such circumstances, we are not liable for the changes. Tripcator reserve the rights to cancel your bookings if we do not receive the full payment on the due dates.

If your flight itinerary 2 or more airlines, please check the applicable terms of each airline separately on the website of the particular airline. We are advising you for the same as each airline has its own set of rules. In case there are any impacts on one of your flights by any changes (cancellation or rescheduling) made by a different airline then you must deal with the same at your dispense and we do not have any responsibility for the same. Any losses regarding this will have to be borne by you or the airline. In some cases, the airline charges for any changes, refunds or exchanges and you are accountable to incur the same. Keep a check on the airline's terms which changes from airline to airline and sure that you have a smooth travelling process. With this, in some cases, you are required to show the proof of your return ticket at the check-in counter as well. We suggest you book a combination of two one—way tickets and not one round-trip ticket. This combination gives you a greater choice of flights. Additionally, this way the flights are usually cheaper.

For some of the LCCs, there might be some conversion charges from the local currency to pounds. We do this so that it is more convenient for you and that you pay the final fare is your currency instead of local currency. In such a case, the booking amount and the paid amount might slightly variate because of currency fluctuation. So, when you get your e-tickets, the credit card company might have charged you an extra fee as the transaction was done in a different currency and country making it an international transaction.

Tripcator has all the rights to change the price of the holiday arrangements at any time and fix the errors in the price which are confirmed by you. The price confirmed by you for a holiday is subject to variate which usually happens as a consequence of the changes in:

Holiday Terms

On a confirmed holiday arrangement, the prices may go up and we will inform you about this change by sharing the same with you over an email. Any concerns regarding the increased package amount shall be emailed to us on info@tripcator.co.uk. We will not refund the administrative/ service charges that you are liable to pay while booking with us after you decide to cancel a holiday package. The holiday arrangements made by us may not be in Pounds and be in the local currency of your destination. This may result in a different charge on your credit card, post booking.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL(s)

In the case of international travels, provisions of Montreal Convention & Warsaw Convention apply within the departure and/ or destination. Under these Conventions, the responsibility on the air carriers towards the passengers for death or a personal injury is limited. Make sure that you carry all the requirements for the foreign entry (passports and visas - transit, business, tourist), are shown to the government at any time it is asked for. All these entry requirements are required to be met by you and Tripator is not liable if you don't fulfil the same. You are requested to go through the prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the government of your destination country before your departure.

VISA AND PASSPORT

You must consult the relevant embassy for the details of your visa. We provide information regarding visa and passport requirements but they are subjected to change on the embassy's end without any prior intimation so you must reach out to them directly. Tripcator or our agents cannot guarantee that you will be allowed to enter the flight if you fail to carry the right visa or travel documents. Airline carriers, authority, or government, may deny your entry on the absence of these documents including the transit country visas. This includes all/ any stop that your aircraft makes even if you don't leave the airport.

HEALTH

We advise that you get the vaccinations required to travel to a particular country. Ensure that while getting your visa processed, you share a copy of all the vaccinations you have got according to the health requirements of that country. These requirements change dynamically at any time so it is important to consult the embassy and a doctor before your departure. Make sure you follow the prerequisite health requirements including the vaccinations, medication, and follow the medical procedure throughout your trip.

DISINFECTION

Some of the airlines are authorized to disinfect the aircraft and make sure that the customers stay healthy. This is their right to disinfect the aircraft in case they doubt a perceived threat to the public or the environment. The airline carriers use disinfectants approved by The World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Civil Aviation Organization.

(1) Aerosolized insecticide at the time the passengers are inside the aircraft (onboard) or

(2) Before the boarding process starts, aircraft's interior surfaces with a residual insecticide.

While booking your trip to a particular destination, we do not advise or promote visiting any place or guarantee that there are no risks that you may face. We are not accountable for any losses that may be incurred as a result of travelling to that particular destination.

SPECIAL REQUESTS & MEDICAL PROBLEMS

For any special needs or requirements, we request you to inform us at the time of booking. We will inform the service providers about that demand but do not ensure that you will get the same fulfilled. You must note that we are not able to complete the request because of the provider and this will not be considered as a contract breach. We treat 'special requests' as a request only and are not obligated to fulfil the same. In case of a medical issue which leads to damage to your travel, you inform us before we complete your bookings. However, it saddens us that several nations are incapable to fulfil the necessities of handicapped/ physically challenged travellers. So if we are cannot provide you with medical assistance as requested, you can cancel/ deny your bookings and collect the cancellation charges according to the policy.

LAW COMPLIANCE

You are required to adhere to every customs, laws, drug regulation and foreign exchange of a destination you visit. Tripcator and our employees can withdraw your booking in case we are hinted about your association with any kind of illicit activities or social intolerance and will not have any accountability for refunds or claims.

FORCE MAJEURE

If an unforeseeable event or occurrence takes place which is not under our control not refundable, even if it leads to cancellation of your plans. These said events include civil riots, war or risk of war, an industrial dispute like terrorist activities or upshots, aviation traffic issues, fire or climate conditions, atomic or catastrophic events, unavoidable issues with transport, pandemics and epidemics, ports or air terminals closure. These events are beyond our or the service provider’s control and unavoidable. They are known as Force Majeure.

INSURANCE

With reference to this agreement, you should be aware that you must have adequate travel insurance to make an international trip. Ensure that the insurance covers the cancellation fees, unexpected reduction of your vacation, repatriation and medical fees (eg. individual mishap and air ambulance).

PHONE CALLS

All the phone calls that you make to Tripcator or made by us are recorded for training and quality purposes. These calls are reviewed by us to to make sure that you are offered the best services.

CASES AND COMPLAINTS

In case of any issues or concerns, you are required to contact us or the travel agent assigned to your booking and your concerns will be heard and resolved at the earliest.

Post taking the vacation or using the booking made with us, if you have any complaints or issues, you are required to contact our customer service team. They will guide you and take the required measures to correct things at the earliest.

If we are the third party, and you have booked with the first party then the terms will be provided to you via the first party. If there are any queries or objections, then we can be reached out via the same process.

CONDITION OF SUPPLIERS

Majorly all our booking services are furnished and completed by 3rd party suppliers. Concerning that, you must go through their terms of use section provided to you on the concerned provider's website. According to the International Conventions, these terms may confine their responsibility towards you. We or the provider can share the copy of the terms and conditions if asked for.

JURISDICTION

These terms of booking and other conditions mentioned here are under the English Law. At the time of any disputes, it will be examined under the purview of England's court and law. You may choose between Northern Ireland or Scotland.

FLIGHTS AND FLIGHT TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

You are requested to keep a check if your flight is 'direct' by your ticket and only then it will be a non-stop flight. The arrival and departure time of your flights are mentioned on the e-tickets. That time is an ETA and cannot be guaranteed. It varies depending upon various factors including aeroplane's maintenance, climatic condition, airport's regulations, air traffic control or operational needs. In case you do not reach the airport on time, we're cannot get you checked in to the plane. It is completely up to airline's discretion. Also, if you don't use the 1st flight of your itinerary, the airline carrier can cancel the remaining outstanding flights without prior information. We are not liable for the charges levied on you by the airline. Any changes made by the airline post you get the tickets will be provided to you at the check-in counter.

RECONFIRMING ALL FLIGHTS

To confirm the flight schedule, contact the airline 72 hours before the departure time. This applies to both inbound and outbound flights. Also, we will not be held liable for extra charges applied by the airline if you fail to cross-check the flights and don't board the flight.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS CHECKING AND DISPATCH

All your travel records and details are shared with you over the email and you must check if received all the information from us and whether all the details have accurate communication. If there is any error, you should reach out to us immediately and inform us immediately. If you fail to do so, we are not responsible for any extra charges levied on you by the airline. We will not send across the necessary travel documents to the airlines until we receive the entire payment.

E-TICKETS

A few airlines provide e-confirmation of your booking or 'e-ticket'. In case you have an e-ticket, you should carry a printed copy or a paper ticket when asked for.

AIRLINE TICKET REFUNDS

All the airline carriers levy an administrative charge of £75 per ticket under their refund policy. This cancellation charges will be levied on per ticket basis as decided by the airlines. In situations where a recoverable sum is not £75, the ticket is considered non-refundable. Till the time we do not receive a refund from the airlines, we are unable to initiate your refund amount. Usually, this process takes 4 to 5 weeks from the day of refund consideration.

FLIGHT CHANGES

the airline carrier decided on the flight cancellation, relevant rights and remedies as per their terms and conditions. You may get qualified for cancellation under the below-mentioned:

Fly on a different flight with the same airline.

Go to some other place with the same or different airline without an extra charge. Accept a total refund and, other rights or remedies.

In case of a change in the itinerary, the ticket should show the total fare, or preceding your ticket's issue Tripcator will do everything conceivable to bring it to your notice on behalf of the airline.

DEPARTURE TAXES

Each takeoff that you make is charged on your flight ticket which is by and large outlandish. It oughts to be paid by you to the Government and it is not refundable.

THE CONTRACT

In case of Individual Components bookings through us, we make sure that the booking is made as an agent for the supplier(s) in concern eg. the airline company. This helps us in a well-drafted agreement with the supplier we book you with. The contract is subjected to terms and conditions of the supplier and the third-party supplier is liable to provide you with the services. There is a chance that some limitations or exclusions exist for the same. To check the service supplier’s terms or international conventions, are available on a request. As an agent, we do not hold accountability for the additional charges or services by the suppliers. When you book a travel service via us we put you in a written contract with the supplier directly, and our terms mentioned apply.

CHANGES BY YOU

If you want a raise a request for cancellation, request to us in a written format and it will be processed after that. In a case like that, the service provider can add additional charge or cancellation fee and other Amendment/Alteration Fee on per person basis. We will inform you while making the changes.

CANCELLATIONS BY YOU

Air Ticket Refund: The airline tickets are issued post we receive the complete payment and are non-changeable or non-refundable and non-re-routable. If you require a name change, some service suppliers consider 'name change' as a cancellation and they might not refund your amount. If you have not used flight’s outbound portion, the airline automatically cancels the return flight as well and a refund is not initiated by the airlines. Partly-used tickets are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours before the departure.

OTHER INDIVIDUAL COMPONENTS

Depending on the amount paid by you, you can get a complete refund for other individual components. In case you make a full payment and your booking specifies that you will get a 100% refund for the Individual components, you can secure the same if informed to us in advance. We will inform you about the updated cancellations charges and our agent will process your booking.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY THE SUPPLIER

Tripcator has its duty to inform you in case of any cancellations, amendments or changes made by a supplier as soon as we receive it from them. If before we reach out to you, the service provider offers you a replacement or a complete refund, you should inform us about the choice you make. If you don’t let us know it is considered that you're expecting a complete refund. We have no responsibility for cancellation that you made to your travel package by the service provider as per an agreement you got into with them.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE BOOKINGS YOU MADE

The agreement is linked to the service supplier and the terms and conditions applied by them will also prevail. As an agent, we have no accountability for the provisions of the travel arrangements. We limit our responsibility to process the booking following your preferences and instructions. The information shared with the service provider is also covered under our Data Protection and Privacy Policy. However, the maximum liability that we have is restricted to the fare of your booking. We don’t have any responsibility for cases related to personal injury or death that may arise because of our employee’s carelessness during his employment.
